| How to commission me || |

You contact me through X (Twitter) or Bluesky, and then we discuss and decide on the scale of the artwork you desire. I will send an invoice through PayPal to you, and I will start on the artwork only when payment is delivered.
I will send you progress pictures of the following steps: rough sketch/multiple thumbnails depending on project, refined sketch, color sketch, finished rendering.
You can ask for up to two small revisions without extra payment before the artwork is finished.

| Extra Fees || |

  • Extra Revisions: +10% of original price per extra revision.

  • Rush Fee: +20% of original price. (Rush meaning I will prioritize your work over others.)

| Terms and Conditions || |

  • No refunds.

  • Artwork made by the artist is owned by the artist and reserves the rights to it.

  • My artwork cannot be used or become part of ANY database used for the purpose of machine learning and generative artificial intelligence. If the client has uploaded the commissioned artwork into a database used for such purposes, the artist reserves the right to fine the client for the value of the commissioned piece plus an additional 50%.

  • I don't draw exactly how it looks on the reference sheet or the pose reference you will provide me. I can change slight details, if I feel like it will look better in my style or in that pose.

  • You can post my pictures anywhere as long as you credit me as the artist.

  • Changes are allowed, if I don't follow the initial idea or reference, I.E. I forgot to add the detail. Other significant changes will be discussed, and depending on the change, I might have to charge extra for the time spent on it.

  • Using personal commissions for commercial purposes is prohibited and I can demand royalties if done so. Using my art in live streams and in videos, for example as character art for a TTRPG series is allowed.

  • The client is entitled to ask for two revisions of the commissioned artwork before the artwork is finished.

  • If the artist becomes incapable of finishing a project after starting on it due to outside factors, i.e. medical emergencies, accidents, etc. the customer is entitled to a full refund.

| Commercial Rights || |

  • For full commercial rights, the price of the artwork will be an additional 50% and 25.5% Finnish VAT.

  • You can use the artwork in any project and however you want.

  • I retain all rights to the artwork and can post it on my social media. We can discuss and agree on a date when I can post it.

  • We can always negotiate.

| Payment || |

  • I work with 100% prepayment. If the price goes too high for you, we can split it 50% prepayment and then the rest almost at the end of the work. You will receive the finished, full-resolution artwork alongside the original file when the payment has arrived.

  • All payments are done through PayPal. I will send an invoice when we agree on the project.

  • The invoice is paid in EUR (€), and the client is responsible for paying the difference of currency exchange.

  • I can only refund if the project if I have not started drawing it. No refunds after I begin drawing it.

  • I will start to draw only when I'll get the payment. Please, notify me when you send the payment.

I am Jussi Viitanen, a passionate artist from Finland! I started my art journey 9 years ago, and it has become a life long hobby I couldn't live without. I mainly do digital art with a more painterly approach to creating it. Character portraits and illustrations are something I love doing. Despite the art world heading to a challenging time with the advent of Gen AI, I have decided to dedicate myself in pursuit of my own creative achievements and encouragement of pure human creativity in others! I firmly believe in human creativity, and I believe that through this challenging time, authentic art will prevail.
